MossRehab Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

MossRehab Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service teaches individuals with chronic bronchitis and moderate to severe emphysema how to manage their lung disease by improving their lifestyle. The service provides a variety of rehabilitation services including:

  • Clinically supervised exercise training
  • Breathing retraining
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Education sessions and support groups

Managing Lung Disease

MossRehab's Pulmonary Rehabilitation experts can help patients:

  • Achieve strength and endurance so that they can do more with their limited lung capacity;
  • Improve activity tolerance, helping him or her to return to their best possible level of independence;
  • Attain more efficient breathing patterns;
  • Increase knowledge of and ability to manage lung disease.
