
Rachel Porat, MD
Neonatologist
Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Temple University School of Medicine
Dr. Porat received her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. She trained in pediatrics at Albert
Einstein Medical Center and neonatology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is board certified in pediatrics and neonatology.
She joined Albert Einstein Medical Center's Division of Neonatology in 1981. She is Director of the Neonatal Apnea Monitoring
Program and Co-director of the Neonatal Outpatient Follow-up Services.
Agnes Salvador, MD
Neonatologist
Dr. Salvador joined the Division of Neonatology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in 2000. Her responsibilities include following
up with NICU "graduates" (i.e. babies well enough to leave the NICU) in the Neonatology Outpatient Services. Dr. Salvadore
is also a certified hospital-based instructor of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Fluent in Filipino, Dr. Salvador earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines and completed
two residency programs in pediatrics at University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Manila and Albert Einstein Medical Center. She
also completed a fellowship in neonatal/perinatal medicine at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Salvador is board-certified in
pediatrics and neonatal/perinatal medicine.
