Healthcare costs are complicated. We are here to help.
Einstein Healthcare Network is dedicated to ensuring patients understand our hospital's billing and insurance policies and financial assistance options. We believe our patients deserve the best possible information about what they should expect to pay.
Click the button below to use our free, online cost estimator tool to estimate out-of-pocket costs associated with some of our most commonly scheduled services.
Estimates are impossible in emergencies because it is hard to predict at the onset of an emergency the exact course of care that a patient will need. These estimates could also change as the course of treatment changes. If you have any questions about the cost for your medical care, please call 215-456-7224 to speak with one of our financial counselors.

You may be aware that the government has required that hospitals post additional information on the rates they negotiate with health plans. Einstein urges caution when looking at this data. There are many factors that determine the final amount that will be paid from a health plan to a provider. There is no way to capture all of those factors in a single set of number. For example: Rates may change depending on how sick a patients turns out to be, whether patients are receiving multiple services at once, or whether the doctor learns something new about a patient’s condition while providing care. This means estimates are impossible in emergencies because it is hard to predict at the onset of an emergency the exact course of care that a patient will need. The plan may not cover the service at all, or may impose conditions on coverage.
Below are the links to the rate files as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services requires. Updated as of 9/7/2022.
