A virtual class that gives you the tools you need to become tobacco free!

Who: Einstein Healthcare Network

What: This program is open to anyone who desires to become tobacco free.

When: When: January 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th and February 2nd, 9th 2021. From 6:00 to 7:00 PM (Six consecutive Tuesdays)

Why:

• Save $$$. It costs over $3,00/year to smoke 1 pack of cigarettes a day
• Lower your health risks for illnesses or death from cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, diabetes, stroke and heart disease
• Increased energy, less toxins in your blood and improved health will enable you to be more active and enhance your quality of life
