Get reliable information about labor, birth, breastfeeding/chestfeeding, and newborn care during your pregnancy!

**Now starting at 12:00 noon every Friday.**

Sessions are EVERY FRIDAY at 12:00 p.m. During each session, videos on each topic play for the first 40-60 minutes, followed by a 5-20 minute live Q&A session.

This program is free to all patients and families planning to deliver at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.

How to Join:

You will need the Zoom app downloaded to join the video session from your phone, or you can join from a computer’s internet browser. When you register for the class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. All participants’ cameras and microphones will be off/muted during the videos.
