 Bahar Adeli, MD
Bahar graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania and went on to serve for 2 years as an Instructor at the Perelman School of Medicine as well as a Hospitalist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Her interests include general gastroenterology, hepatology, nutrition and obesity, with a focus on the microbiome-gut-brain axis as well as GI innovations and technologies to improve patient care.

 Shikha Talwar, MD
Shikha graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and Cooper University Hospital. Her interests are in general gastroenterology.

 Julie Sullivan, DO
Julie graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Brandenton. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Her interests include general gastroenterology and hepatology.

 Matthew Chan, DO
Matt graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Carolinas Campus and joined Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia to complete his Internal Medicine residency. His interests are general gastroenterology and hepatology and patient education in those with liver disease.

 Sumedha Singh, MD
Sumedha graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at George Washington University Program – George Washington School of Medicine. Her interests are in general gastroenterology and hepatology, especially in functional disorders.

 Wei (David) Yan, MD
David graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at MedStar Health/Georgetown University Hospital. His interests are IBD and transplant hepatology.

Ashley graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Yale Traditional Internal Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. Her interests are in general gastroenterology.

Nathan graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. His interests are in general gastroenterology and hepatology.
