Cristina M. Dobrescu, DDS
Title: Program Director, General Dental Practice Residency
Bio: Dr. Dobrescu will be serving as Program Director of the General Practice Dental Residency Program at Einstein Healthcare Network. She has previously been in private practice and looks forward to extending her services to patients seeking comprehensive dental care. Dr. Dobrescu has dental degrees from the Carol Davila School of Dentistry and New York University College of Dentistry. She completed her General Practice Dental Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, and the University Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.

Joel Pinter, DMD
Title: Associate Program Director, General Dental Practice Residency
Bio: After graduating from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Joel Pinter completed first year general dental residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. Choosing to further his training, Dr Pinter completed a second year as Chief Resident of the Einstein GPR. He currently splits his time between his private practice in Wilmington, DE and serving as the Einstein GPR Associate Program Director. During his free time away from dentistry, Dr Pinter enjoys playing musical instruments, tennis, and walking his dog with his wife and daughter.

George Souliman, DMD
Title: Associate Program Director, General Dental Practice Residency
Bio: Dr. George A Souliman has assumed his new role as an associate program director of the general practice residency program in 2020 after serving as an attending physician, since his successful completion of the same program in 2014.
In 2013, Dr. Souliman graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded the International Student Award for academic and clinical excellence, as well as the Award of Achievement by the American Academy of Gold Foil Operators for outstanding achievement in operative dentistry and proficiency in direct gold restorations. He completed a general practice residency at Alexandria University in 2005, having graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Alexandria University School of Dentistry in Egypt.
While currently serving at Einstein, Dr. Souliman continues to maintain his successful private practice, Haverford Smile, in the mainline Philadelphia suburbs, where he practices general and family dentistry with a special focus on cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Dr. Souliman is an active member of different professional organizations including ADA, AGD and AACD.
Dr Souliman currently lives in southern New Jersey with his family. They are involved in their Eastern Orthodox Church community. They also enjoy traveling, trying different cuisines, and spending family time together.

Frederic Barnett, DMD
Title: Chairman, Maxwell S. Fogel Department of Dental Medicine; Chairman and Program Director, I.B. Bender Division of Dental Medicine
Bio: Dr. Frederic Barnett received both his DMD and Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Director of Postdoctoral Endodontics. Dr. Barnett is a Diplomate of the American Association of Endodontists and serves on several committee's for the AAE. He has authored numerous clinical and scientific papers, serves on the Advisory Board of International Association of Dental Traumatology and is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Endodontics.
