Leadership

Ryan Lee, MD, MBA

Dr. Lee is Chair of Radiology in the Einstein Healthcare Network. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate studies and attained his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Rochester and fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He has an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester with concentrations in Health Care and Finance.
Dr. Lee is active in local, state, and national societies, serving on numerous committees in the areas of quality and safety, health care economics, artificial intelligence, clinical decision support, and peer review. He serves in multiple leadership roles for the American College of Radiology as Chair of the GSER Quality and Safety Committee, Chair of the CDS Registry Committee, and Co-Chair of the Population Health Management Committee. He is the Vice Chair of the Radiology Leadership Institute’s Radiology Residency Milestones program and serves as Alternate RUC Advisor for the American Society of Neuroradiology. He is also the Immediate Past President of the Philadelphia Roentgen Ray Society.

Brooke Devenney, MD

Dr. Devenney is the Diagnostic Radiology Program Director and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neuroradiology, Sidney Kimmel Medical School at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Devenney completed radiology residency at Boston Medical Center and a two-year Neuroradiology Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Her interests are in resident education and neuroradiology research.

Julie Gubernick, MD, FACR

Dr. Gubernick is the Chief of Radiology at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Radiology, Sidney Kimmel Medical School at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Gubernick Completed her Radiology training at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She serves on many local and national radiologic societies including as the President of the Pennsylvania Radiological Society and Philadelphia Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Gubernick is also a fellow of the American College of Radiology.

Joyce Li, MD, MS

Dr. Li is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neuroradiology, Sidney Kimmel Medical School at Thomas Jefferson University and holds a master’s in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. Dr. Li completed radiology residency at Rochester General Hospital and a two-year Neuroradiology Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Li serves on many committees including the MR Safety Committee. Dr. Li is the Section Head of Neuroradiology and also serves as the Associate Chair of Operations. Her interests are in resident education and neuroradiology research.
