What are the application requirements?
Einstein Healthcare Network's Emergency Medicine Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Complete applications require a dean's letter and transcript, National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) transcript (USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3, if available) or COMLEX score reports, and two (2) letters of recommendation (minimum of one from Emergency Medicine).
All applications are carefully reviewed, and interviews are scheduled until all slots are filled. Early submission of ERAS applications is strongly encouraged.
How many PGY1 positions are available?
We accept 15 new residents each year, there are total of 60 residents in our program.
