Willowcrest Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Willowcrest is a hospital based sub-acute, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation facility located on the campus of Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia. We serve as a bridge between the hospital and home. Patients come to Willowcrest when they no longer need to be hospitalized but still require daily nursing care or therapy. Our goal at Willowcrest is to help our patients regain their independence.

While at Willowcrest patients have access to physician services including: cardiology, pulmonary, hepatology, physiatry, orthopaedics, and other physician specialty services offered at Einstein.

The interdisciplinary services available at Willowcrest include a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech sherapists, recreational therapists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, physician assistants (on-site five days per week), wound care specialists, licensed social workers, care managers, and infection preventionists.

Visitation

Recommended visiting hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to encourage healing and rest. However, 24 hour visitation is available.
