Einstein's Women’s Resource Center is your one-stop destination for parents and parents-to-be.

Located in Plymouth Meeting, Einstein’s Women’s Resource Center provides an opportunity to learn from experts in a wide range of classes held days, evenings and weekends. Here, you’ll learn about topics ranging from breastfeeding to newborn care, take part in groups pre- and post-pregnancy health and fitness groups, and enjoy the fellowship of other parents and expectant parents.

This location's services include:

• Lactation consultations: Einstein Montgomery offers Outpatient Lactation Care at our Women's Resource Center in Plymouth Meeting. Reasons to see a Lactation Consultant include include baby's NICU stay, sore nipples, premature or late-preterm/early-term baby, non-latching baby, breast pumping questions, nipple shield use, and more. • Health and wellness instruction
• Healthy lifestyle classes

In addition to classes, the Women's Resource Center offers a personalized and intimate boutique experience for the parent-to-be or new parent. Here, you’ll find a knowledgeable staff who can help you find the products or supplies that are right for you and your baby. For mothers planning to breastfeed, personal appointments are available for nursing bra fittings.

Virtual Online Classes for Parents and Expectant Parents

EMCM’s Women’s Resource Center offers parents and parents-to-be opportunities to learn about childbirth, parenting and more from the comfort and safety of their own home. We invite you to join us for one or more of the following virtual classes taught by Certified Prenatal and Childbirth Educators, Registered Nurses or International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants.

Comfort Measures in Labor and Preparing for Childbirth
Learn about the stages of labor, coping techniques, what to expect when delivering a baby at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and more.

Newborn Care and Parenting
Receive valuable newborn care information and hands-on instruction. This class covers bathing, diapering, infant safety, how to soothe your newborn and understand your newborn’s needs, and when to call the doctor.

Breastfeeding and Pumping 101
Learn why breast is best for both mom and baby, how to get started with breastfeeding right away after delivery and how to continue breastfeeding successfully at home with your newborn(s). This class also touches on the necessary plans and preparations for pumping after mom’s return to work or school.

Car Seat Safety

Learn what safety features to look for when buying a car seat, how to correctly install your baby’s car seat in your vehicle, how to secure your infant in the seat properly, and what types of car seats and seat positions are appropriate as your baby grows.
