Services
Einstein Healthcare Network facilities offer a variety of amenities and services for your convenience, from telephone, TV, and internet to gift shops and cafeterias. We have a pharmacy on-site (at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia) where new prescriptions can be filled before you leave the hospital. We also provide patient advocates, interpreters, chaplains, dieticians, and protective services for your needs. And for eligible patients in long-term care, we offer housing options that enable family members to stay nearby.
Special Assistance
Einstein Healthcare Network is committed to making our facilities and services accessible and welcoming to all. Our facilities are served by wheelchair-accessible public transportation and our parking lots, entrances, and bathrooms are also accessible. For hearing-impaired patients, sign language (ASL) interpreters as well as teletypewriter (TTY) machines are available. And for non-English-speaking patients, Einstein Healthcare Network has language interpreters.
Insurance and Payments
Einstein offers specially trained staff to help uninsured patients admitted to one of our facilities pay for their care. Financial counselors can also help patients understand and navigate insurance situations.
