Prenatal Video Fridays

Get reliable information about labor, birth, breastfeeding/chestfeeding, and newborn care during your pregnancy!

Sessions are EVERY FRIDAY at noon. During each session, videos on each topic play for the first 40-60 minutes, followed by a 5-20 minute live Q&A session.

Topics include:

• C-section delivery
• Epidural pain relief
• Coping techniques for natural childbirth
• Skin-to-skin care
• Newborn care and tips for soothing your baby
• Infant car seat safety
• Preventing SIDS (Suddent Infant Death Syndrome)
• Recoverying at home after delivery

Guest speakers answering your questions come from a range of specialties:

This program is free to all patients and families planning to deliver at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.
